He has an experience of 20+ years of working with companies like A.V. Bhat Housing and Pandit Javdekar Constructions on their residential & redevelopment projects.   He has worked for Trisha Developers since its inception with a wide vision and passion, driven by excellence and high-quality work.

Mr. Rahul Chinchore excelled in the group with a diverse portfolio of projects. His vision and expertise in planning new projects and looking after all legal aspects give the project a different technical touch. He easily connects with the team members.  He is very sincere and experienced and has a persuasive way of getting things done effectively and enthusiastically.  He is a strong leader with a brilliant imagination.

Mr. Manoj Gore, the second strong pillar and guiding light of Trisha Developers, is a very intelligent and energetic individual who believes in delivering a superior client experience. Mr. Manoj Gore has more than 25 years of experience working on residential, commercial, and industrial projects and holds a diploma in civil engineering and business management. He is an expert in client coordination, consultants, and team execution.

He has always had a positive attitude toward innovation and business ethics as a person with strong fundamentals and conviction. With this knowledge and a clear development vision, he successfully leads Trisha Developers' strategic and business development departments. With his skills in business management over the past 12 years, he has assisted Trisha Developers in becoming a leading construction company focusing on quality and best-in-class design concepts. He is an inspiration for all of us.

Mr. Kiran Gaikwad is the third pillar and an extremely sincere, smart business person who serves as a cornerstone of project operations at Trisha Developers. Mr. Kiran Gaikwad has his diploma in Civil Engineering and 25+ years of working experience with various reputed builders like Rohan Builders, Rachana Associates, Gruvin Residential & Industrial infrastructure on their projects. He has a brilliant eye for executing projects dealing with consultants and vendors for the smooth functioning of the project.

He has always led from the front, managing and mentoring the planning of several development and redevelopment projects at Trisha Developers. He is an expert in site execution. His knowledge greatly benefits the team, precisely mapping urban areas for performance evaluation and technical know-how. Mr. Kiran Gaikwad sets an example for many team members to follow.
