Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made, personalized, or sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Process for Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email us at info@aabandharts.com within the eligible timeframe to initiate the process.
- Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return or exchange, and pictures of the product (if damaged or defective).
- Approval: Once approved, we will guide you on how to ship the product back. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund approval or rejection.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
We will gladly exchange an item if it is defective or you received the wrong product. Exchanges depend on product availability and will be processed once the returned item is received.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Aabandh Arts reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
